Return & Exchange Policy

At Royale Jacket, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Customized or final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@royalejacket.com within 20 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color changes (subject to availability).

  • If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In the case of a defective or incorrect item, Royale Jacket will cover the return shipping charges.
