Return & Exchange Policy 20-Day Return Window

We offer a 20-day return policy from the date your item is delivered. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within this time.

Please specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
For exchanges, availability of the requested item or size will be confirmed.

Note: Returns requested after 20 days from delivery are not accepted.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these requirements:

Include your order number, product description, and images (if available).
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in unused condition.
Items without tags or that don’t meet return standards will not be refunded.
If the return is made without a valid reason, shipping charges may apply.
Custom-made jackets are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

Faulty or Incorrect Product

If your item is defective or different from what you ordered:

Email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@royalejacket.com.
Include your order number, clear images, and details about the issue.
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel within this period, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to the following deductions:

A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
If the item has already shipped, shipping charges will also be deducted.

Size Issues

We highly recommend checking our size chart before ordering. If the product does not fit (runs small or large), contact us at info@royalejacket.com and we’ll assist with the return or exchange process, based on availability.
